On april 10, 2014 at approximately 3:47 p.M. The lvmpd call center received numerous 911 calls reference someone being shot in front of 1725 curran way, las vegas, nevada 89106. Patrol officers and medical personnel responded and discovered damario berry, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Before being transported to the hospital berry told officers that “tize” or “ticce” was the person who shot him. Berry became the victim of a homicide at 4:20 p.M. There were several people who observed berry being shot and are witnesses to this homicide.Agency
