On may 19th , 2021 at 2226 hours, lvmpd dispatch received a 911 call reporting that a male had been shot at 330 n. 14th street. Lvmpd patrol officers and medical personnel arrived on scene and located nalinh khamsoukthavong suffering from a gunshot wound. Medical aid was attempted however nalinh was pronounced deceased at the scene. Video surveillance was located that captured the incident. A light colored, four door sedan, is observed stopping on 14th street across from nalinh. An occupant in the vehicle fired at nalinh. After shooting nalinh the vehicle drove off northbound on 14th street.Agency
