On may 2, 2021 at about 11:30 pm witnesses report that stephan perry-smith was crossing hudson ave when he was struck by a vehicle traveling north on hudson ave. The striking vehicle fled the scene. Stephan ultimately died from his injuries on june 10, 2021. Investigators are looking for help identifying a large silver suv seen fleeing the scene.Agency
