On monday, august 12, 1985, at approximately 6:30 a.M., henrico police responded to a call from railroad workers about a female they located lying next to the railroad tracks behind 3703 carolina avenue. The unidentified victim was transported to the medical examiner's office and later identified as kim butler. The cause of death was determined to be gunshot wounds.Agency
