On november 5, 1999, at approximately 7:10 p.M., two unknown black males came to 29 hall street and attempted to purchase drugs. When one of the three victims stated that he was done selling for the night, one subject shot the first victim in the head (victim survived). Both subjects entered the residence shooting.
