On october 15, 2016, at approximately 1:55 a.M., columbus police officers were called to 1427 oakland park avenue (oakland park bar and grill) on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, later identified as 27yr old deshawn jones, slumped over behind the wheel of his vehicle across the street from the bar.
