On september 17, 2015 at approximately 8:50 p.M., 34 year old javier ortiz-hernandez was discovered to be the victim of a homicide in his apartment located in the 2200 block of exeter dr. Ortiz-hernandez was working on his vehicle in the parking lot of his apartment building when an unknown suspect fired several shots toward two people driving a polaris slingshot in the area. One person in the vehicle was shot receiving minor injuries. Another person standing near ortiz-hernandez was also shot receiving minor injuries. Ortiz-hernandez was hit ran into his apartment and died.Agency
