On monday, september 23, 1996, henrico police responded to 215 north laburnum avenue apartment 1 for human remains located after a fire was extinguished. Officers arrived and found the victim in the rear bedroom. The victim was transported to the medical examiner's office for examination. The medical examiner's office identified the victim as clyde melvin moore through dental records and determined the cause of death was from a stabbing.Agency
