At the location of 2300 welton street on the morning of november 9th, 1976, a passerby found 51 year old james dubois behind the parking lot of the building located on the 2300 block of welton street. The victim was unresponsive and the police were notified. Emergency personnel confirmed that james dubois was deceased and due to the injuries sustained, the case was investigated as a homicide. Mr. Dubois was known to frequent the american inn bar on larimer street and prior to moving to denver, he lived in the state of utah.
