The victim, paul garcia, was a 50-year-old male who had just gotten home from a doctor’s appointment. He was lying on the couch with his grandchildren when he was struck with a rifle round that entered his home at 1609 elmwood. Outside the victim’s home, the suspects in the shooting were targeting someone on foot who ultimately got away and was uninjured. The intended target of the shooting has been identified but has not been cooperative with the investigation. Paul had lived at the home for 30 years with his wife.Agency
