On a snowy night, february 14, 2010 at about 1:00 am officers were dispatched to bauer alley for the report gunshots fired and a man down. Officers arrived and found de’quan grice in the alley dead from at least one gunshot wound. Witnesses reported hearing a vehicle speed away from the scene. Investigators believe grice may have had a previous dispute that resulted in his murder.Agency
