On 5/28/91 at 4:00 am the rochester fire department responded to 107 burrows st. For the report of a house fire. Found inside the residence was 62-year old mary miele. It was learned by investigators mary was murdered during an apparent burglary attempt, likely by more than one suspect. The fire was intentionally set in an attempt to cover up the crime. Neighbors reported hearing suspicious noises from the backyards of the normally quiet neighborhood around 1:00 am. There are people in the community who have knowledge of this horrific crime and they need to come forward.Agency
