Upon arrival, officers located the victim, 33yr old phillip moore, suffering from a gunshot wound. Medic 815 transported the victim to a local hospital in critical condition. Despite receiving lifesaving medical care, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 9:37pm.Agency
