On september 30, 1997 at 10:54 p.M., baltimore county police responded to a call for shots fired at 180 winters lane, 21228. Upon their arrival, they found 36-year-old donnielle rheubottom lying in the middle of the roadway. Rheubottom had sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
