On friday, february 10, 2017 at approximately 2: 15 a.M., rodolfo hernandez was found with a gunshot wound at 2322 west thomas road in phoenix. A second victim was located, who had been pistol whipped. According to the second victim, the suspects approached them with handguns and demanded property.
