On march 3, 1975, denver police officers responded to the area of east 49th avenue and crown boulevard on a report of a body found buried in a shallow grave. During the course of the investigation, it was determined the victim, identified as 20 year old barry rosenbaum, had been stabbed to death. Barry was an active member of the united states military. He was stationed at lowry air force base and was in training to be a weapons systems control mechanic.
