On wednesday july 10, 2013 at approximately 3:22am, steubenville police department responded to reports of gunshots at 1124 claire avenue. On arrival and inside the incident location, law enforcement discovered derrick da' shawn williams, deceased from a gunshot wound to his head. Four other individuals were also inside the residence and uninjured.
