On november 10, 1978, 19 year old charles turgot jones was found deceased in a shallow grave on maryland route 648 near mountain road in glen burnie, maryland. The victim’s vehicle was located approximately 500 yards from the victim. He had been reported missing by his parents to the baltimore city police department on november 8, 1978. Mr. Jones had sustained injuries from multiple weapons and his manner of death was homicide.Agency
