Ladawn was last seen alive in the area of albany avenue and garden street at approximately 11 p.M. On june 19, 1999. Earlier that day she was seen on edgewood street in hartford. She was known to frequent the upper albany neighborhood, particularly edgewood and cabot streets. She was 5 feet tall and weighed approximately 130 pounds and was five months pregnant at the time of her death.Agency
