On february 19, 2013, dexter gardner and two other victims were were hanging out in front of a home in the 2900 block of east 22nd avenue. A group of suspects walked up, fired at them and then fled on foot to a car parked nearby. When officers arrived, they found dexter gardner deceased and a second victim who was seriously injured. A short time later, officers learned a third victim was also shot at the scene, but he had fled to a nearby residence.Agency
