On march 7,2007 at approximately 0530 hrs.,cpd officers received a shot spotter activation. Minutes later, officers observed a b/m (later identified as daman washington aka “duck”) deceased lying by a white 2005 chevrolet malibu rental vehicle. The vehicle had been rented by a family member of damon. The investigation showed damon had been driving the malibu that night making multiple stops. It is believed damon was alone and went to the location of killian and nunan to meet someone he knew.Agency
