At approximately 6:30 a.M., the complainant was walking along the railroad tracks at 200 west and 1100 south. At 1135 south 300 west in an alley the complainant noticed the victim’s body lying in the roadway. The police department was notified. A transient was located and interviewed. He claimed to have heard people arguing earlier in the morning. The manner of death is homicide the immediate cause of death is being withheld for investigative reasons. This is an open case and the salt lake city police department is seeking information.
