On may 14, 2016, joshua misiak and a female passenger were driving when they were approached by another vehicle in the intersection of wildwood ave/robert st. Occupants from this vehicle fired shots into joshua's vehicle. Joshua was fatally shot. His vehicle traveled a few blocks before crashing into a parked car on kendon st. His passenger sustained a non-like threatening injury.Agency
