On 03/02/14 at approximately 1604 hours, at 6615 n. 50th st tampa, fl the victim was shot. Damien bowie was walking around in the parking lot at avesta del rio apartments at the intersection of 50th street and sligh ave. The victim was approached by a red infiniti which was occupied by several black males. The victim approached the vehicle at which time one of the black males exited the vehicle. One of the unknown males pistol-whipped the victim in the head three times before shooting him. All of the suspects then fled in the red infiniti undetected.
