Description: The Victim Who Report That He And His Wife Had Received A Letter In The Mail Regarding Them Opening A New Bank Account. Neither One Of Them Had Opened Any New Accounts Recently. The Victim Had Responded To The Bank And Learned That An Unknown Person Had Opened An Account Using All Of His Personal Information And Deposited A Suspected Fraudulent Check Into The Account. That Person Subsequently Drained The Account And It Was Closed By The Bank.
