On march 7, 1988, 29-year-old ragel taylor was found in a canal behind a home at 711 fish hatchery road in lakeland. His cause of death was acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Taylor was a known drug dealer. His brother was also a homicide victim in the city of lakeland during the same week.
