On november 14th, 2020 at 0658 hours, danny perkins called 911 to report that while he was opening up his business at 2362 lexington, he observed a man lying on the sidewalk unresponsive. Lvmpd patrol officers and medical personnel arrived on scene and identified the man as daniel montes-rodrigues. Daniel was suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased.Agency
