On sunday, july 26 at 12:25 a.M., two young black males robbed and assaulted a young woman at gunpoint in the ansan sister city park near buffalo and alta drive. As the suspects walked away from their female victim, they saw kevin franchow walking in the park as he usually did in the evenings. For no apparent reason, one of the suspects shot and killed franchow as he passed by. The two suspects then ran to an awaiting gray or silver car and fled the area. Franchow was partially deaf and blind and suffered from a mental disability. He walked in the park at night because his skin was sensitive to direct sunlight.Agency
