On 04-27-2023 at 2228 hours, officers were dispatched to research medical center on a reported shooting. Upon arrival, they were informed by hospital staff that the victim had an apparent gunshot wound to his head and was unresponsive. On 05-03-2023 the victim succumbed to his injuries and was declared deceased. During the investigation, it was determined the victim was shot while inside a moving vehicle in the area of 71 hwy.
