On december 21, 2005, 19 year old darryl hamm and others had just left club beyond and were driving on 17th avenue when a second vehicle pulled next to them. An unknown suspect(s) in the second vehicle fired at darryl's vehicle and struck him. Darryl later died as a result of the gunshot wound.
