On september 27, 2018, deputies and the seminole county fire department responded to a deceased subject at 118 florence avenue altamonte springs, florida. The victim was identified as robert german, black male. Upon entering the residence, the paramedics began providing aid to the man. Paramedics noticed a gunshot wound on the side of the victim’s chest. While processing the victim’s residence, detectives located bullet hole in a window in the room where the victim had been located.Agency
