William Bill Walker, 69, was killed in Moses Lake, Washington on August 2, 2008. Bill was in his workshop when he plugged in a boat battery charger that hed found. The battery charger was actually a pipe bomb that exploded when he plugged it in. The explosion blew a hole in the workshop wall and killed Bill. Less than 10 hours later another pipe bomb, disguised as a police scanner, was found, plugged in and killed another individual across town.Agency
