On september 28, 1999 the vicitm was discovered on the floor of his residence at 3202 n. Norfolk. The victim was discovered by a subject who came by his residence to purchase some liquor. The subject advised the victim told him he had been shot. The subject left the residence to go call for help. When emergency personnel arrived the victim was deceased. The victim died as a result of a gunshot wounds.Agency
