On sunday, february 27, 2011 at approximately 2:01 a.M., alexcia salsberry and her girlfriend were sitting in the girlfriend’s vehicle in a parking lot of discount tire located at 5131 west mcdowell road. The suspect drove a white ford expedition next to the girlfriend’s car. As they began to drive away, the suspect fired one round at the girlfriend’s vehicle.
