On february 11, 2011, joshua a. Starcher was found dead in his vehicle on vinegar street in pomeroy, ohio suffering a gunshot wound. Starcher was last seen at approximately 12:30 pm on 02/11/11 when he informed his girlfriend that he was going to meet someone and would be back. Starcher never returned and his body was found by a person driving along vinegar street.
