Info

On april 3, 1988 peter laboda was found stabbed multiple times inside of his residence on e. Holmes rd. Pete was a well-known businessman and landlord. He enjoyed cutting wood on his property up north. He was an avid catholic and was especially interested in the charismatic catholic services that were popular in the 80's. He's fondly remembered for running the family business, "Freddie's donuts". Many in lansing still covet "Freddies" as, "The best donuts ever!"; that they could be smelled from over a block away with the cherry donut and nutty donut getting especially high praise.
