On 10-15-2022, at 0716 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of 7001 e. 113th street in regard to a sound of shots call for service. Upon arrival, officers located the victim lying in the street suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by ems.
