Shaketa payne b/f 1/9/1982 fernando howard b/m 1/15/1983 on 12-8-2018 at 0035 hours officers were dispatched at 0035 hours on a medical nature unknown to 2901 monroe, which was updated to 2943 monroe. Officers determined the scene to be a house at 2945 monroe. Inside they discovered two dead bodies, one male and one female. The medical examiner ruled the deaths homicides. Det.
