On monday, october 10, 2011, at approximately 6:45 am, the victim, 1 year old jeremy piñeda, was killed by a gunshot wound at 750 e. Dana #2, mesa, az. Jeremy was in the care of his grandmother along with 4 other children when two hispanic males confronted the grandmother at the back door of the apartment. Shots were fired and the suspects fled the scene on foot. The grandmother went to check on the children and found jeremy with the gunshot wound.Agency
