On june 18th, 2012 at approximately 10:34 p.M., uniformed officers of the aurora police department responded to the parking lot of 12170 e. 30th avenue on report of shots fired. The victim, ernesto rodriguez, had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the head and chest. Rodriguez was treated and transported to university hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his wounds.
