23 year old carlos luna was at his west denver home near the intersection of west 13th avenue and tennyson street. On may 21, 1992, across the street from carlo's house a party had become increasingly unruly. As a result of the loud noise in his normally quiet neighborhood carlos yelled for the occupants within the house to turn down the music. Shortly after some individuals from the party drove by carlos's house and exchanged words with him. These same individuals drove by a second time and shot carlos from inside their vehicle.
