40 year old james kazewych was the owner of the silver fox bar, which is located on the north side of interstate 70 at glencoe street. On the night of march 12, 1982 mr. Kazewych spoke with a friend and stated he was preparing to leave work. After mr. Kazewych failed to arrive at his intended destination, the friend became concerned. A search for mr. Kazewych was initiated. Upon checking the area of silver fox bar, mr. Kazewych's vehicle was located within the parking lot, he was discovered inside the vehicle shot to death.
