On april 6, 2005 at 9:00 pm officers were called to 108 newbury st. For the report of a taxi cab crashed into rocks with an unresponsive driver. When officers arrived they learned the taxi driver, mr. Bailey, was shot. He was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead shortly thereafter. Mr. Bailey was survived by his wife and 2 daughters, 6 and 7 years old. It is believed mr. Bailey may have been shot after a robbery attempt.Agency
