On december 13, 2022, at about 1:30 am officers responded to alphonse st. For the report of multiple gunshots fired. Upon arriving in the area they found 35-year-old william maddox sitting in the drivers seat of his vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The car was backed into the driveway of a vacant house that was known to be active in drug sales. During the course of the investigation it was learned maddox was sitting in his vehicle in the driveway for an extended period of time when he was shot and killed in an ambush style attack.Agency
