On december 9, 2009 at about 5pm officers were called to 45 watkin ter. For the report of a man shot. When they arrived they found 55-year old alfred siplin suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Siplin was known in the neighborhood for selling cigarettes from his house. Investigators believe the motive behind the murder of siplin was likely robbery.Agency
