Officers from the denver police department responded to the intersection of e. 26th avenue and york street on a report of a traffic accident. Upon arrival, officers observed an occupant, subsequently identified as twenty-four year old eric thomas, within the vehicle. Due to the extent of eric thomas’ injuries, he was immediately transported to a local hospital where it was discovered that he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Despite medical intervention, eric thomas did not survive. The suspect(s) responsible for eric thomas’ murder have yet to be identified.Agency
