On november 25th, 1986 gail was in her attic bedroom of a home in the 1800 block of s. 22nd street. At about 3:50 a.M. Gail’s mother heard her screaming that she had been shot. When officers arrived they found gail deceased with a gunshot wound to the chest. A few days before the homicide gail had been assaulted and threatened by a person she met at a local tavern. Also, gail was accused of stealing property while at a house party the night before her death. Gail was 21-years-old.Agency
