Oscar wilcher was last seen on december 25, 2013, leaving 3113 7th ave apt b in gulfport, ms in an unidentified vehicle driven by an unidentified individual. He has not been seen or heard from since that day. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, white pants, and an orange ball cap. Wilcher is a hispanic male with medium length black hair, brown eyes, and a light moustache. He stands at approximately 5'4" and weighs 180-200 lbs. He also has a scar on the right side of his head, a tattoo of a cross on his right forearm, and "Wilcher" tattooed on his left forearm. Wilcher was 33 years old at the time of his disappearance.
