On 5/13/1998 at 0126 hours, ogden city officers responded to a report of a shooting in front of 2238 jefferson avenue. When officers arrived, they found two victims suffering gunshot wounds, one being robert warnke crawford. Robert suffered critical injuries, and the second victim suffered non-life-threatening gunshot injuries. Investigators learned the two victims were walking past 2238 jefferson when a passing car fired shots, striking the pair. The vehicle fled the area. Robert’s injuries resulted in paralysis and on 9/01/1999, robert crawford died of injuries he sustained from this shooting.
