On july 1, 1990 the victim and two friends were leaving tgi friday restaurant located at 8221 e. 61st street. The victim and one of the friends were walking to their vehicle, they obsesrved a light blue vehicle circling the parking lot. Suspect in vehicle got out of the vehicle and produced a gun demanding his wallet. A struggle ensued, durig the struggle the victim was shot. The suspect got the vicitm's wallet out of his pants, got back in the vehicle and fled the scene. The victim died from the gunshot wound. The vehicle the suspect fled in was recovered at b.C. Franklin recreation center 1800 e. Virgin.Agency
