On july 12, 1968 the victim was attending a dinner party at 1502 s. Boulder apartment # 24-e. The victim was planning to leave the residence, as he opened the door he was shot just inside the doorway. Suspects entered the residence and robbed the other occupants inside the residence. The victim died as a result of a gunshot wound.
